Is the project should be totally functional or itt should be just a demo?

Is the project should be totally functional or it should be just a demo? Like the website should function its every feature or only a demo of what it can do?

    Hey! Completion is one of the judging criteria, but we don't really push for it too much. Please feel free to submit a prototype.
